With over 25 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Dawnita Shively brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and executive leadership to our team. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with an MBA, Dawnita has dedicated her career to ensuring that behavioral services are not only clinically effective but also operationally sound and ethically grounded.
Throughout her tenure as a senior executive, Dawnita has transitioned from direct clinical work to high-level oversight, focusing on the intersection of compliance, financial sustainability, and quality care. Her approach is rooted in the belief that for a family to thrive, the systems supporting them must be transparent, reliable, and deeply empathetic to the daily realities of caregiving.
At the heart of Dawnita's work is a commitment to the "whole family" unit. She understands that ABA is most successful when it aligns with a family's specific values and lifestyle. By streamlining administrative processes and upholding the highest ethical standards, she ensures our clinical teams can focus on what matters most: reducing parental stress and helping families reclaim the joy in their daily lives.
